The Paulding County housing market remained active in June, with closed sales, home prices and new listings all increasing compared to both last year and the previous month. Demand
Buyer activity strengthened in June, with 252 homes sold, an 8.6% increase year over year and 7.7% increase from May. The market also welcomed 440 new listings, up 5.8% from June 2025 and 12.2% month over month, signaling continued seller confidence and healthy market activity.
Price
Home values continued to appreciate throughout June. The median sales price reached $380,000, up 8.6% year over year and 6.7% from May, while the average sales price increased to $409,500, reflecting continued demand for homes across a range of price points.
Supply
Inventory continued its gradual expansion, with 958 active listings available at the end of June, a 4.0% increase from last year and 10.2% increase from May. Months of inventory rose to 4.45 months, giving buyers more choices while the market remained balanced. Homes spent a median of 26 days on the market, essentially unchanged from both last year and the previous month.
