ABOUT THE AWARDS
The Paulding Board of REALTORS® is fortunate to have many wonderful volunteers donating their time, energy and talent to make the Board a successful organization. Each year, the Board takes the opportunity to recognize a few of these
individuals with the REALTOR® of the Year and Affiliate of the Year awards.
Nominations
Nominations for the awards listed below are appreciated. Nomination forms can be downloaded using the links to the right under "Applications". All nominations will be presented to the Events Committee and must be submitted to the Association office at least 24 hours before the year's Events Committee Awards Meeting. To find out this year's Awards meeting date please email events@pauldingrealtors.com.
REALTOR® of the Year Award
The Events Committee will consider the applicant's total personality and lifestyle to ensure that the winner will be held up to the public as the "best" of the best. Nominees will be notified of their nomination and may be asked to attend an interview session if deemed necessary by the Events Committee. The Committee reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the REALTOR® submitting the nomination form and/or the nominee.
Factors taken into consideration include REALTOR® spirit, civic activity, and business accomplishments.
Affiliate of the Year Award
This award is to be given to the Affiliate member who has made the greatest contribution of time, energy and resource to the Board.

The awards are presented annually as determined by the Events Committee.
President's Award
The President's Award is personally selected by the President of the Board and is given to the member for outstanding service and contributions to the Board going far beyond any particular assignment. The recipient is recognized for his/her dedication and sharing of time and experience with others, all of which benefit the Board and it's membership.
High Achievers
Members of the High Achievers exemplify the highest caliber of real estate professionalism and service and membership is based on the personal production of at least one million dollars in real estate transactions by the individual. This is the only recognition provided by the Board that is not presented at the Annual Holiday Gala in December. More »
