About the Awards

The Paulding Board of REALTORS® is fortunate to have many wonderful volunteers donating their time, energy, and talent to make the association a successful organization. Each year, the Association takes the opportunity to recognize a few of these individuals with the following awards: REALTOR® of the Year, Affiliate Partner of the Year, and the President's Award.

Award Nominations

Nominations for the awards listed below are appreciated. Nomination forms can be downloaded using the Nomination Form on our Applications & Forms page. All nominations for annual awards will be presented to the Awards Committee and must be submitted via an online form before the posted due date.

REALTOR® of the Year

The REALTOR® of the Year Award shall be presented to a REALTOR® member whose contributions to the Association, the real estate profession, and the community have been made through outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication. This award recognizes a member who has demonstrated REALTOR® spirit, upheld the principles of the Code of Ethics, promoted good real estate practices, and shown leadership through business accomplishments, civic involvement, and participation at the local, state, and national REALTOR® association levels. The nominee shall have established a standard of excellence that reflects positively on the REALTOR® organization, fellow members, clients, and the general public.

Affiliate Partner of the Year

This award shall be presented to an Affiliate Partner (an individual and/or organizational sponsor) who has made the greatest contribution of time, energy, and resources to the Paulding Board of REALTORS® in the calendar year.

Monthly Member Spotlights

Each month, Paulding REALTORS® recognizes REALTOR® members and Affiliate Partners who demonstrate outstanding service, leadership, involvement, and commitment to the association and community.

Spotlight recipients are selected by the Member Engagement Committee and recognized on PBOR’s website, social media channels, and during membership meetings. Members are encouraged to submit nominations throughout the year.
