Market Summary 📊
In February 2025, Paulding County’s housing market showed a decline in sales but an increase in inventory. Home sales dropped 8.2% from the previous month to 168 units, while median and average sales prices fell to $345,000 (-4.2%) and $369,500 (-3.0%), respectively.
Active listings continued to grow, rising 21.4%, providing buyers with more options. However, new listings declined by 9.3%, potentially impacting future availability. The month’s supply of inventory increased 26.4% to 3.3 months, reflecting a market shift.
