In March 2025, Paulding County's housing market saw a slight decline in sales with a 3.9% decrease, totaling 246 units sold. The median sales price dropped 2.8% to $350,000, while the average sales price fell 0.9% to $371,000. Active listings surged by 28.5%, reaching 767, providing more options for buyers. New listings increased by 5.9% to 431. The month’s supply of inventory rose 32.1%, reaching 3.5 months, indicating a shift toward a more balanced market.
