• Month’s Supply: 2.6 (3% increase)

Gordon County | October 2023

• Total single family home sales: 49 (32.4% increase)
• Median sales price: $272,500 (2.4% increase)
• Average sales price: $280,000 (27.4% decrease)
• Total active listings: 103 (27% decrease)
• New listings: 66 (12% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 2.1 (11% decrease)
