• Month’s Supply: 1.9 (0.9% decrease)

Gordon County | July 2023

• Total single family home sales: 53 (10.2% decrease)
• Median sales price: $282,000 (12.8% increase)
• Average sales price: $307,500 (19.9% increase)
• Total active listings: 104 (5.1% increase)
• New listings: 62 (16.2% decrease)
• Month’s Supply: 2.1 (27.8% increase)
