ABOUT EVENT

This course meets the NAR Code of Ethics renewal requirement. This course provides 3 hours Georgia Real Estate Continuing Education Credit and Georgia Instructor Credit. Understanding the Code of Ethics and its requirements makes us a better REALTORS®. This course will walk REALTORS® through ALL of the articles of the Code with emphasis on the most misunderstood and/or most violated. REALTORS® will learn how Fair Housing *should* impact their business and their community for the better. Bringing the very best presentation to our buyer and seller clients is our number one goal and following the Code can help you do that. This course provides REALTORS® with a reliable reference for guidance in dealing with complex situations in today's day-to-day practice of real estate.

Beck C. Shadinger

Beck Shadinger, born and raised in Douglasville, Georgia; Admitted to Georgia Bar in
2016. He graduated from Clemson University in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts in
English. He earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2016.
While in law school, he served on the Executive Board for Phi Alpha Delta. Beck
manages the firm’s Hiram and West Cobb offices. He served as a member of the Cobb
Association of Realtors, Cobb/Cherokee Home Builder’s Association and Sales and
Marketing Council. When not in the closing room, Beck enjoys music production,
cooking and watching, as his family may claim, every sport imaginable.
