Mastering the Short-Term Rental Market: A Comprehensive Guide to Assessing, Acquiring, and Managing Investment PropertiesThis Continuing Education (CE) class is designed specifically for real estate agents looking to expand their knowledge of the short-term rental market. The course will cover the key components of assessing, acquiring, and managing a successful short-term rental investment property. Participants will learn how to conduct market research and identify profitable rental markets, as well as how to evaluate the potential of a property for short-term rental success. They will also learn about the different legal and financial considerations involved in acquiring and owning a short-term rental property, including navigating local regulations, securing financing, and developing a successful property management strategy.
