Due to the growth of social media marketing, an effective online marketing and branding strategy can impact the success of today’s real estate professionals. The primary objective of this course is to educate real estate professionals on the rules on how to safely and ethically market their business online. This course examines the specific issues related to using social media, content and brand building strategies. By examining specific examples of Online Marketing and the Georgia real-estate laws and ethics, students will learn how to avoid the potential pitfalls related to promoting their real estate businesses online. An emphasis is placed on personal branding, social media and content marketing.
