About Event

This course explores housing alternatives beyond traditional stick-built homes, including modular, manufactured, and barn dominium-style residences. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, specialized financing options, and appraisal considerations specific to these unique home types. Through interactive discussions and practical case studies, attendees will learn effective strategies to guide and educate clients, helping them discover homeownership solutions tailored to their individual needs.
