Biennial Code of Ethics Training

Between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020 every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 ½ hours of Code of Ethics training and report it to your local Association/Board.
REALTORS® who have joined the association after January 1, 2019 have since completed the required New Member Code of Ethics training, have already fulfilled this training requirements. All other members must complete the training by December 31, 2020, in order to continue their membership with the Association.

Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation! If you have any questions regarding this training or any other membership questions, you may contact Lindsey Murray, Membership Director.

Reporting Your Ethics Training

If you would like to check your Ethics requirement status, please click the “My Account” link at the top of this page. This information is displayed on the Member Dashboard in your blue profile box. It will indicate ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ next to ‘COE Complete’ and included the Last COE completion date we have on file.

Important Reminder: Continuing Education courses are only reported to the Georgia Real Estate Commission for licensing requirements and not reported to local membership Associations. Unfortunately, REALTOR® Associations do not have access to a member’s Continuing Education records, so we ask that REALTOR® members please send proof of completion to their primary association upon completing a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course.

If you have already completed the training program since January 1, 2019, but your status does not reflect this on your profile, please email proof of completion to membership@pauldingrealtors.com so that we may update our records. Our team will provide you with a confirmation email once your membership has been updated. If you are unable to locate a completion certification and the class was for Georgia Continuing Education Credit, then you can log into your account at www.grec.state.ga.us to access the information. At this point, you can either print to a PDF or save as a screenshot. Please include the course title, date of completion, your full name and license number.
