Highlights: (compared to 2019)
- Total single family home sales: 280 (1.4% decrease)
- Median sales price: $256,500 (21.6% increase)
- Average sales price: $269,000 (15.2% increase)
- Total active listings: 369 (45.3% decrease)
- New listings: 300 (17.6% increase)
- Month’s Supply: 1.2 (44.6% decrease)
As you can imagine, the massive Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, or CARES Act, has caused a stir among REALTORS® all over the country. NAR’s advocacy and policy team has put together a couple of FAQ fact sheets to help our members sort through new rules and regulations. As the House of Representatives’ on Friday passed a historic COVID-19 relief package and President Trump signed it into law, the National Association of REALTORS® published a comprehensive guide to the $2 trillion, 880-page bill educating REALTORS® on the many benefits secured by NAR.(more…)
