Course Description: The first day of the NEW e-PRO® program provides high- level digital marketing theory, with practical suggestions for its consistent implementation. You will examine the modern consumer and discover how to capture and convert these prospects into clients. You will dive into an overall online marketing strategy that includes how to use content to engage consumers.
Using the concept of the Hub and Spokes online marketing model, you will learn how to optimize your primary web-based presence (your hub) and align your other online marketing activities (your spokes) to connect with modern consumers and convert them into clients. You will also discover where to focus your efforts in social media and how to develop a consistent and sustainable content creation strategy.
This course provides a thorough overview of social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as well as image-focused social networks like Instagram and Pinterest. Intellectual property rules will also be covered, and online advertising and paid marketing will be touched upon.

Bio: Juanita McDowell is the President of InMotion Consulting, a training firm that delivers over 200 workshops and seminars to agents, entrepreneurs, and corporate employees across the nation every year. She is a REBAC Certified e-PRO Instructor, a Train-the-Trainer Instructor, and a member of the GRI Faculty in multiple states. In 2010, 2011, and 2016 the Georgia REALTORS® chose her as their “Partner in Education Instructor of the Year.” In 2013 she was named “Instructor of the Year” by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. In addition to REALTOR® associations, other businesses that have hired Juanita include AT&T, LG and the CDC. Juanita is a YouTube Partner with over 2 million views on her videos. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and she volunteers as a Technology Partner for Habitat for Humanity.

Course Description: This course explains the changes to create the 2019 GAR contracts package, which are the most widely used real estate contracts in Georgia. With an emphasis on protection of the REALTOR® by protecting the public, the class is interactive, informative, and challenging. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)

Bio: TOM GILLETT, REALTOR® Emeritus, has been a mainstay in real estate and appraisal training and education for over twenty years. Having worked as a salesperson, broker, and appraiser for over 40 years in 5 decades, Tom has harnessed that experience and now focuses his efforts in education. Tom is President of The Tom Gillette Company, Inc, and oversees its subsidiaries, the Institute of Real Estate Training and Gillette Real Estate Education. Currently, Tom makes over 200 presentations per year in varied real estate subjects and has authored for companies such as Applied Measurement Professionals, The Psychology Corporation, Thomson-Computaught, Cengage Publishing, Thomson South-Western, the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and pens ongoing articles for REALTOR® Online Magazine. Tom has authored the real estate career manual “Breakaway To Success” and with Charles Jacobus, co-authored the textbook “Georgia Real Estate: An Introduction To The Profession.” His commitment to education has been recognized by the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as he has three times (2003, 2012, and 2013) been the recipient of the Georgia Instructor of the Year award. Additionally, Tom was honored to receive the Distinguished Career award from the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association and named Captain of Industry by his local Board of REALTORS®.

About the Instructor
Fred Bumpass received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Tax Master, and worked for a large regional CPA firm before establishing two successful CPA Tax Planning and Preparation businesses. Through real proactive tax planning, legally using the tax code, Fred has been able to help his clients collectively stop paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary income taxes. Fred also served 10 years in the nonprofit world with Crown Financial Ministries and served as Regional Director, National Director of Field Staff Training, Executive Director of U.S. Field Operations and Training, founder and Director of Crown University, and Director for Development-International. Fred is an international speaker/trainer, having taught financial and fundraising principles to tens of thousands in the U.S., India, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Peru and Venezuela.
