To become a member you must:
1. Complete an application.
2. Pay the appropriate membership dues.

3. Attend the New Member orientation class and complete the Code of Ethics training within 180 days after becoming a member. You can take the Code of Ethics training online at www.realtor.org.

Please make sure to include payment or payment information, and sign the application. The application and payment cannot be processed without this information. If you wish to pay by credit card please complete the Credit Card Authorization form. Otherwise, please mail a check made payable to PBOR to the PO Box listed above.
You will receive a welcome email explaining all requirements to become an active member along with your NRDS # and the next New Member Orientation date.
