Membership Renewal Info

Paulding Board of Realtors membership year is from January 1st to December 31st.

All invoices will be sent to Members on or before September 15th via email to the email address on record. 

Reminder notices are sent to each member via email.

All membership dues are due by December 15th. A late fee charge will be added if not paid by due date.  If not received by December 31th, you will be  considered an inactive member. 

Membership can be renewed by mailing payments.

If you were a member of any board last year (past 12 months), you CAN NOT prorate your membership dues for this year. Only new members that were NOT a board member the previous year or new real estate agents can prorate.
