Carol is a CRS and also holds designations and certifications in Short Sales and Foreclosures, Seller Representation, Accredited Buyer Representation, GREEN, Broker Price Opinion, e-PRO®. She will also soon be certified in Senior Residential Real Estate and Working with the Military. Carol has served as a President of her local Association and at the State level Carol has chaired the Course and Instructor Development Committee, served as an RPAC Trustee for six years and serves on the Forms Committee. She is extremely honored to have served as GAR’s Chair of State and Local Governmental Affairs for 2016. Carol has just finished four years as a Regional Director over multiple boards/associations. Her involvement comes from her belief that we all need to stay informed and to pay it forward. Carol is excited to share today’s information to help us be better at what we do.
